Conditions for returns
- Buyer must return item within 14 days of delivery.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Items must be returned in original, unused, undamaged condition and in original packaging if applicable.
- There will be a 15% restocking fee on returned items.
- We do our best to ensure your order is delivered within the estimated time, however we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, carrier delays, etc.
- If your item arrived damaged please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@tigergrafx.com and include photos of the delivery packaging, damaged item(s), etc. Upon review and approval you will be refunded your purchase price for the damaged item(s).
